Dear Citizen, Business and Community,
On behalf of the Loveland Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 52, I would like to welcome you to our official website. The purpose of this website is to keep the public and our members up to date and informed. Communication between the executive board, the membership, and the community, which we serve, is a high priority.
Lodge 52 is comprised of approximately 125 men and women; sworn, civilian, and retired. Lodge 52 is not a bargaining entity for labor contracts. We enjoy a collaborative relationship with the Loveland Police Department and the City of Loveland. Our members are actively involved with the citizens of Loveland and make a concerted, positive difference in the lives of others. It is through this community involvement that Lodge 52 members have an opportunity to further give back to the community, which they serve.
What many people may be surprised to know is that Lodge 52 also runs a 501c3, the Loveland Lodge 52 Fraternal Order of Police Benevolent Fund. This fund provides financial support to both Loveland police officers and their families and officers throughout the state in times of need.
Lodge 52 donates thousands of dollars each year to assist various non-profit organizations in the community who provide valuable services to our citizens. The Special Olympics, Loveland Boys & Girls Club, Titans Youth Football Organizationare just a few of these distinguished groups. We are also active in a variety of city events including: The annual Fishing Derby, Children’s Day, Loveland Police Awards Banquet, and others.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the citizens of the City of Loveland for their continued support of Lodge 52 and its members. It is only through our partnership with you that we are able to accomplish our goal of making Loveland a better place to live.
